I have ordered takeout several times from Little India 6th Ave, and most every time the food has been wonderful. However, this time there was a mistake with the order and the way they handled it cost them my business in the future. \r

I ordered a dish that had cashews (I am severely allergic) in it, despite the menu not showing there were cashews in the dish, and I specifically requested that there be no cashews in the dish (this had happened before and I let it go the first time). When we called to tell them the mistake, they refused to let us bring the dish back to exchange it or refund our money. \r

This was a small mistake on their part which could have easily been resolved by offering us another dish of equal value. \r

So goodbye Little India & hello Bombay Clay Oven! You lost a customer over a small mistake that would have cost you only $12.\r
