The experience was not good from the start. When we checked in the gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly!! Definitely needs some instruction in the customer service department. I think he had been sleeping in the back room or something. After walking around the hotel with our bags, not able to find our room, we came back and he said oh yeah, you have to go in these doors on the Northwest corner and take the stairway or elevator (which was hard to find). The rooms were on the inside corridor, not the outside corridor. I have never seen anything more confusing! The rooms were clean, but very average.
