We particularly love the outdoor seating in the summer, but do occasionally eat in the bar during happy hour for cheap hors doeuvres. If you get the Ten Dollar Nachos during happy hour (they're not $10 during happy hour!), try the shredded beef on them for a couple dollars extra--it's well worth it--tastes like grandmas potroast! Makes a meal out of an appetizer. We also think it's the best salsa in the northwest--I could just drink it! I love the carne asada salad and carne asada tacos, but usually ask for the meat to be cooked to medium well--the default is more like rare to medium rare.
