My cat had an ok experience there, just make sure you understand this is an animal shelter, it's not a fancy cat hotel but your cat will be safe here. People here seemed to care about kitty a lot. The best feature about this particular cat hotel is the money you pay will go to help the rescue, it doesn't go to somebody's pocket, to me this was a huge plus.\r

Cons: this is an animal shelter which means there are cats all over the place, for a lot of people this is a minus , for me it was great because my cat got to see other animals from his own kind which he never had the chance to do.
Pros: Money goes to a good cause
Cons: not a fancy cat hotel. (not exactly a con from my point of view)
