I was quite impressed by the variety of food at East Coast Grill. The fish I tasted (salmon, tuna, raw tuna, oysters, mahi mahi) was all very good. I recommend the raw tuna appetizer. For my main course I had the barbecue trio that included brisket, pulled pork and ribs. I was impressed that a place with such good fish could have such amazing barbecue. All of the food was flavored well but at the same time differently. The service was amazing. Our waiter knew every part of the menu by heart...which is quite an accomplishment because of the complexity of all of the dishes. Lastly, ECG is a great value. It's around 30 a person without drinks.
Pros: Awesome Seafood, Awesome Barbeque, Awesome Service
Cons: Cramped inside when crowded sometimes
