I grew up in Germany, so whenever I have a craving for a german pancake, or a ""dutch baby"", I drive all the way to Anaheim's Original Pancake House from Corona for breakfast. I just tried the ""Bistro Pancake"" (baked German-style pancake) at Three Square Bistro, and it was awesome! It reminded me of the pancakes that I ate in Germany. The BIstro Pancake is light and egg-y and baked to a perfect golden brown. They are served with lemon wedges and powder sugar. I asked the chef if I could get the recipe, but he said no. Oh well...I will be back for these yummy baked pancakes.

Cons: Weekdays - Breakfast only until 11am
