We have been to Copper Bleu three times. The first time was for Brunch. The meat was tasteless and the food a bit strange. We won't be going back for that. However, we have been there twice for dinner and it was wonderful! The Maple glazed pork is unbelievable and the steaks devine. We love the decor and the atmosphere. The service has been wonderful and the staff is very knowledgable. We will continue to go back for dinner.
