We had a group of 20 people, and not one single person was happy. Not only was the service inexcusably bad, the manager didn't even acknowledge our complaints. He promised to call us to follow up, and it has been 2 weeks and we haven't heard a thing. The appetizers were boring, the steak was mediocre at best, and the sides were no better than a microwaved Marie Callenders meal, and that was if you could even get your hands on them since the waiter was dishing them out as he saw fit. I would not recommend Capital Grille to anyone, unless of course you are breaking up with someone, and you want to take them out for a terrible evening. I have had a far better meal at Dennys. Please, please, please, avoid Capital Grille at all costs.
