I've been here three times - takeout twice, both with surly service (I got yelled at for not checking that the food handed to me was mine) and bland food. After forgetting to specify spicyness level (I prefer ""medium"") the first time, I asked them to make it ""not mild or medium, but spicy"" on my return. There was still no discernable heat whatsoever - about as spicy as a plain cheese pizza. \r
For some reason I went back a third time with low expectations, only to have them dashed; the saag, masala and korma all tasted exactly the same - heavy with cream and very low on taste and it was a complete waste of money. Indian food is supposed to be a treat, not a chore and these guys have lost not only the fire but any and all direction. I don't see any point in them pretending that this is authentic Indian food.
