Perhaps the owner is great to work with but most of her staff is inexperienced, aloof and demonstrated poor customer service. I was told a month in advance that they were getting in several new lines of bridesmaid dresses and so I made an appointment. A week prior to the appointment I even called to confirm and LEFT MY NUMBER. The next day it may have been the owner that called me to confirm. My bridesmaids drove two hours in the pouring rain for the first appoitment of the day and when we arrived we were told that the new lines weren't there yet-NONE OF THEM. They said they were supposed to come that week, even though I was told when I made the appointment that the dresses would definitely be there by our appointment. The aloof person at the desk said that my number wasn't working and that they tried to reach me. Her poor customer service and clear lack of resourcefulness lead her to believe that MY phone wasn't working when in fact, it was her fault - she wrote down the wrong number in her appointment book. Unfortunately, she didn't think to look at the profile card she had me fill out months prior, nor think to look back in her appointment book at my previous appointments/contact info. If the owner had been present, I am sure she would have acted differently. Since we were there we decided to try on a couple dresses I'd already seen. Keep in mind no one was in the store and there were three workers huddled behind the front desk. One nice employee showed us to a changing room, offered to make copies of the new dresses coming in, and ultimately took our measurments, but beyond this nothing else was done. We were simply told they would call us when the dresses came in - too bad because they won't be getting our business.
