I hired this company to reconnect a 15-pin monitor cable head to the rest of the cable. I called in and was told that this was something they could do. Based on this info, I cut the cable and ran it through the conduit. \r
The tech that arrived did not have the correct head to attatch so he left to get the right part. When he came back he told us that he couldn't figure out the wiring and that it could take hours to do so. Instead he offered me a cable that had a detchable head. Using this company's information I had already ruined a $60 cable, needed to buy a $85 cable, and ran up $120 in labor charges for nothing. I got the cable he offered and ran it through the wall myself. I disputed the labor charges to the tech and he said he would talk to his boss. Needless to say, I got a bill for all the labor and the cable. I tried to reach someone and have a reasonable discussion about what happened, and that they didn't perform any work. But they kept disputing my claim. We sent them payment for the cable, and an explanation why we wouldn't pay, and offered my telephone number to resolve the problem. Instead of responding and resolving the issue, they sent a bill for the full amount again, even though we paid for the $85 cable. I felt that this company was extremely underhanded in doing this, and overall didn't show expertise in their field. I would definitly not use them again.
