I called Lambert's to get some info on products. I spoke with Sean the ""manager"". He was lacking in all areas of customer service and had zero product knowledge. What a waste of time, I rather go to Wilson's Farm in Lexington. Wilson's Farm is much more helpful and the produce is better. Now that this market is over saturated with choices like Whole Foods that are putting the Mom and Pop store out of business, customer service is the way to win consumers business, perhaps someone should inform Sean of this.
