I have lived here a little over a year. Around Christmas my apartment was broken into...the landlord (Parigi)never properly fixed my door...I am a single young woman...The maintence guy always questions my wear abouts and things are none of his business...The type of people that are moving in here are very questionable and ones you have to watch. If you have a nice vehicle it WILL be vandalized. The Apartment itself is very nice and is perfect. Just Parigi isn't really watching what kind of people they are letting in here and if safety is the name of your game...Don't choose here! I am about to break my contract and move somewhere else. If you don't believe me...Run a crime check on this place before you move here...TRUST ME....It's sad to see such a nice place in a great location become this way!
