My first experience with City Gates was wonderful upon my install of my gate. My second experience was the worst experience I have ever had with a customer service person in my life. They scream at you, they hang up on you, they are just down right a miserable company to deal with. Upon my horrible experience (after they had my payment) I fired them and looked for a new company. A found one who was extremely nice and a bonus half of the price!!!\r

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this company even if they put stickers all over the city and private property.
