I called on Feb 1st for a table for Valentines day. They called me back on Feb 3rd and gave me a reservation for 2 at 10:15, and I accepted it. When I called back on the 9th to verify the time (I was out for a noisey meal when they called) they claimed to have no record of my reservation. Six hours later the gentleman that gave me the reservation called back to say they don't have a reservation but they could give me one the next day!!! 4 days before valentines day I am now stuck without a reservation without a care from this establishment that flat out lied to me about reserving a table for me. I normally don't complain and I've never written a review here, but if they can't honor a reservation that was made 2 weeks in advance, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I can't imagine they put much effort into anything if they make such an elementary mistake and can't find a way to resolve it.
