Great beer, good food and a place where you feel at home. The home brews vary from lager and pilsners to a variety of delicious ales to a porter and a stout that are real taste treats. The brewmaster is creative and always coming up with new tastes. \r
Everyone is friendly and the local, hometown atmosphere is wonderful. There is sidewalk seating so you can enjoy the ambience of a small southern city with a vibrant downtown area.\r
I enjoy going there for lunch. The sandwich menu is varied and all of them are delicious. I particularly like the Po' Boy. The chef does take custom orders at least once a month; my favorite ""custom"" sandwich is crab cake. \r
The entree menu is equally varied and good.
Pros: Variety of good beers, good food, friendly atmosphere
Cons: Don't be in a hurry.
