My wife and I are locals to the Jade restaurant and made our second visit on Valentines day, being a close walk and reservations available. The first visit was on a Saturday evening with friends and found the food a little more average Thai / Asian than I hoped for giving the newness and ambiance. \r

This time, I can't complain about the food, but again found nothing special. Appetizers of Crab Ravioli was good, and the entree of Scallop in Green Curry was made well in Thai style.\r

The biggest issue was the staff, it took twenty minutes to be served drinks after being seated and repeatedly told the waitress (young Asian kids) whom kept telling me it wasn't ready yet. They were a very inexperienced, nervous and mostly impersonal staff of waiters.\r

It's really too bad since the ambiance is nice, food is pretty good, but mature patrons won't care when served by this staff and the prices are just high enough to target more mature patrons. \r

Recommendation: Try it for yourself, you may have fun, but don't count on the service.
Pros: Food pretty good
Cons: Service very unqualified and impersonal.
