Please be aware that you may not get your order at the 21st Street location! I went there today and placed an order for a sausage sandwich, coke, and large fries. After a long wait, they finally called out my order. \r

The sandwich was handed to me, and I was told the fries were coming. I was told this more than once while standing there, waiting for the fries. I was getting hot under the collar while my entree was getting colder by the minute. All around me other orders of fries were being filled. After asking again, the same clerk said ""You haven't got your order yet?""\r

I told him I wasn't standing there at the pick up counter for my health, and I asked for a refund (which I received, sans the tax I paid). I ate my now-cold sandwich, and wished I had the nerve to dig out the buck I put in the tip jar earlier.\r

A case of incompetence by IB's? Perhaps my dark skin wasn't the right tone? All I say is buyer beware!
Pros: The food, when you get it, has potential.
