Do not waste your time going to this place! We were just there and took our clothes out of the dryer to find they were still wet so we went and told the worker who said they would not restart the dryer and to talk to the manager. When the manager came(who isnt very pleasant) she also told us too bad, she wasnt going to restart it. She said that it was too full until she looked inside and could see it was not full at all and then blamed it on the kind of ""heavy"" fabric that could be in there even tho there were only t-shirts so wasnt the fabric either. Then the ""manager"" just walked away not caring cause she got her $$ so why would she care?! Not a good manager at all! 1 to have attitude and 2 to not care. Right at the register, there is a sign that reads.... GUARANTEED DRY OR FREE RESTART. So why wouldnt they do the restart?! Oh because we were at a coin machine and that sign only applied to the ticket machines. Well, we were never told that so how were we to know and the signed never stated that it mattered what machine. This place does not stand by their word and is just a rip off. Sure this place may be a little cheaper than some but by the time you have to run it twice and sit there for extra time, any other place is worth going to over this place! Is this place really that hard up on $$ that they cant reach into their pockets and put in the $1.25 to make up for their crappy driers? Bottom line.... save the time, frustration, and money and go somewhere else.
