Thai Siam's pad thai is the worst I have ever eaten. It was way too goopy and sweet - like they'd added ketchup AND sugar. When I complained, they told me that it was an ""authentic recipe."" Yuuuuck. Not everything is bad, but it's definitely not a place I'd go back to. If you want amazing, local Thai food in Salt Lake City, go to Chanon Thai Cafe on 9th South below 3rd East.
