Moved into my new Deer Vally Apartment, and the apartment was barely ready by the time i moved in. They toilet was broken. I Lived in the apartment for 2 weeks without a working toilet. I complained about it to management, hoping for some sort of apology, instead, i got yelled at and thrown out of the rental office, for ""taking an inappropriate tone"" with the management. Obviously, i was frustrated, and i'm sure that was revealed in my tone, however, all i wanted was some sort of apology, instead, i got yelled at and thrown out of the office. Management is very difficult to talk to, very hard to deal with.
Pros: nice apartments, very clean, friendly maintenance people, peaceful, good location, off street parking is nice
Cons: poor management, difficult to deal with, don't seem to care about being polite or accomodating to tenants at all.
