I work for a small company and we had our only printer go down and were in a tough bind. We had gotten this printer fixed a few months back, but the same problem came back and the company we had used before wanted to charge us again. We had Chess come out and their technician was very courteous and professional. He had the problem repaired very quickly and even gave us information on some preventative maintenance we could ourselves to keep the machine going. When we finally decided to have the printer replaced, their account manager we used was very friendly and knowledgable. The helped us get a great printer, wouldn't use anyone else.
