Shogun is my favorite sushi resturant and I have had sushi in a number of places in Kansas City, San Diego, Irvine, Chicago, basically anywhere I go for travel. Andy is the most technically skilled sushi chef whose food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. He doesn't have a ton of crazy rolls (he does have a few such as the Crown Royal) but compare the skill and love that goes into his rolls against any other sushi place and you will be hooked.
Pros: The food is fantastic
