The sausage/gorgonzola/carmelized onion app was excellent and the gnocchi/lamb ragu was even better. You can imagine the let down when the main course (Piemontese strip--done ""Pittsburgh"") came and the potatoes were cold. We told the waiter and another small plate appeared in a few minutes--again cold. The waiter explained ""This is how the chef thinks they should be eaten."" Wine list if overpriced. So-so atmosphere, but several other patrons seemed to be regulars so there must be something sorely lacking on my night. Will not be giving Bacco a second look, however.
Pros: Fresh ingredients
Cons: Plate timing/cold food
