The food is authentic and very well done, making this one of the best restaurants in the Provo-Orem area. The ambience leaves something to be desired, but the service is excellent (though often EXTREMELY slow because they have only one cook and one server) and the food is good enough that the ambience is not that important. Unlike some restaurants, it isn't so noisy that you can't carry on a conversation, and the server doesn't try to rush you from the table the minute you've eaten your last bit, even if there is a line of those waiting to be seated. The server is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
