I see in another review they never showed up; if only that had happened to me. Where to start? First, the movers show up telling us we have to pay a ""truck watcher"" in addition to them, so already we're over the estimate. Then we find an alarmingly high percentage of boxes labeled for the upstairs down in the basement and vice-versa. Finally, the piece de resistance: the movers scratched the hardwood floors BADLY at our old place and management wouldn't do anything but send over a guy with wood putty and some stain. We had to refinish the floors ourselves under threat of litigation.
