Worst Snowmobile rentals in Summit County! 2/20/2007

Wehad reservations for a two hour guided tour that was to take us up to between 11,000 - 12,000 feet . We awake that morning to a Winter Storm Warning and High Wind Warning. The winds were 60-70 mph gusts! We called to rescheduled due to weather but Rachael refused to book us for another day stating they were booked all weekend. Our credit card was charged! I-70 was then closed and we would have been unable to make it there anyway! We did call back, not giving our name, and asked about availability for the next day and were told they had plenty of openings! These guys just want your money and are not concerned for your safety!! Don't even think of making reservations with this company!! more
