The only reason I gave this place a 1 is because of the location. The apartments are in a prime area. In fact, someone should tear them out & put in some worthwhile apartments or condos. The price is right but remember, you get what you pay for. I lived here for two years. The service was horrible - if you have a problem you might as well fix it yourself. The halls are dingy and dirty. The apartments are ""re-done"" in a half-ass manner. Also, don't expect to get your deposit back once you move out. I've been out of there for over 6 months and have yet to recieve a check or letter explaining why. I have called the manager on several occasions & have gotten no call backs. I have even stopped by the office & was advised ""we working on it"". I believe that if I took 6 months to pay one months rent, I would have been kicked out a long time ago! I don't recommend it - but if you decide to move in anyway, be prepared for what you'll have to deal with.
