We decided to go here a few weeks ago after seeing it was rated one of the top new restaurants in NYC in 2006 on this site. The seafood was so fresh and wonderfully prepared. The scallops and snapper were among the best we have ever had. The restaurant is BYOB (with a small corking fee), so be sure to bring your favorite bottle of wine with you. It is a very small place, but they are in the process of expanding. We will definitely return to this gem in Carroll Garden!
