The owner hung up on me today stating ""I am not interested in working on this dog""! Even though he had groomed my puppy on 4 other occasions, he claimed that she screamed during the last visit and we were a ""no show"" for our X-mas visit. Our records show, we called to cancel the appointment. This guy was so rude, you would think he was working the door at a Hollywood club. The last time someone hung up in my face, I think I was in the 5th grade. He does a great job, but there are so many other groomers in the Bay who realize they are groomers and that ""word of mouth"" can destory a business. And, he is quite expensive. Clearly, he has forgotten that at the end of the day he is a dog groomer.
