We ordered a Marvel wine cooler and cook top from Snow Brothers. We sat infront of the Marvel wine cooler with the salesman and told him we wanted that cooler with white trim. When the cooler arrived it was white on the inside with white coated wire racks and clear glass, not black with stainless steel racks and amber glass. When we contacted Snow Brothers owner the first word out of her mouth was she was not taking it back. She then proceeded to tell us we should have known that the white trim would mean white interior and then told us we were ignorant consumers. Can you believe that! I would never go there again and am spreading the word as much as possible. No customer service at all....and from the owner. Hope they go out of business.
Cons: No customer service!
