My pet almost died post a routine surgery. I called the # on the sheet in case of an emergency and no one answered until the next day. This cost us a very emotional evening as our pet was dying and the vet was no where to be found. Even if the vet had called to check in on her patient that evening it would have been nice, but nothing. We ended up at an emergency hospital where they saved our pets life as she was bleeding to death from a ruptured internal stitch. Best Friend Vet never offered us any compensation on our costs of having to find another vet save her patients life.
