I went to FedEx Kinkos to scan a photo and save to CD. My photo was deteriorating and I need a digital copy to repair for printing. The staff were friendly and gave me a CD as I hadn't brought one with me. The photo scanned fine, but would not save to the CD even after 3 attempts. Staff said they were having problems with their CDs, so I purchased a pack of five. On the third attempt the Sony station said the photo download to CD was successful. However, when I tried to access the photo from the CD, using my laptop, the CD was blank. I would not recommend this method of converting a print to a digital image. I wasted time and money and ended up with nothing for my trouble.
