Took car to them for a broken line, visably leaking out of the front of the car. They claim they took the car for a test drive and would have to tear the trans down to find out what was wrong. When asked what they have doneto the car they replied: " nothing" then said ( with much hesitation) they had put a rubber hose on the transmission line so they could drive it. the car had a leak in a fluid line in the front, the trans is in the center of the car beneith the seats. Then they said that they filled the transmission but for 1 week they still come up with excuses and don't let us pick up the car. Don't really know when we can have our car since we don't want to spend $300 to diagnose and another $ 1000 to fix something that really is not broke. THANKS MULTI STATE!!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WON'T BEND OVER FOR YOU!
