The room was cold, drab, sterile, and uninviting; I felt like I was in a gynochologist office. I went there for a stiff neck. Even after I thouroughly explained how stiff and painful my neck muscles were, the therapist spent only the last two minutes on my neck. She tossed my head around like a hot potato which caused severe neck pain for a week! A 30 minute massage cost me $50. PMS Day Spa charges that much for an hour, but unfortunately was closed. I will never step foot in another Paris Parker, so help me!
