I found the experience to be very satisfactory. The entire experience lasted about an hour and a half and that included a test drive. Of course I had to do the back and forth negotiations but not a bad experience at all. Mike in the finance Dept. was great. Very straightforward and no games to play.
I researched this car for over a month (XC-90). and talked with both online and in person dealerships. I found this experience to be great, and I look forward to the same treatment by their service dept.
Pros: Nice showroom, very clean, good selection.
Cons: Servcice Dept. was closed that day
