Who would have thought to combine chicken fried monkfish, with chorizo and white cheddar macaroni accompanies by home pickled zuchini? All the combinations worked; we all had such fun tasting each other's entrees that by dessert, the waitress put all our choices on a large platter and gave us each utensils!
The chef, Amit Kale, has studied under Emeril, and has surpassed his mentor.
