we called outreach to come cut down 3 trees for us that were dying, they came out on time, cut the first one fine, but on the 2nd tree they let it fall on our $2,800 wooden fence, crushing it to splinters. We contacted their insurance company and was told their policy was not active at that time. no payment would be made to replace our fence, I build this fence with my father who passed away this year, it was one of the few things i held dear as we spent a lot of time together in his final months before passing away to cancer.
Outreaches refusal to even settle on the material cost is simply unacceptable, we will be taking this to court, if you are looking for a quality company to do a good job, I would suggest you look elsewhere before you get stuck in a nightmare like we did.
