I have read the reviews on this page and I have to say that there is truth in all. I, too just received a letter stating that my 2 year old son will no longer be seen at the clinic due to a past due co-payment. I am devastated because Dr.Byrum and Dr.Westbrook are wonderful. I have always had some type of issue with the front desk staff being rude and/or somewhat disrespectful. I don't know what could be done about turning people away but I do feel like this is something the Board of Directors should know about if they are unaware..Thanks for everyone who has posted reviews, sometimes it's good to know that you're not the only one going through this. And for the parents who had to find other clinics and found a great one; please post a listing if possible.. My son is my only child and has been seen by Dr.Byrum from day one.
