I sat on the phone long distance for over five minutes, just listening to the phone ringing. Not only is this bad business but it tells me (a potential customer) that you are poorly managed and understaffed. I am a relatively patient person, but find this unacceptable. If you can't even answer your phone, I wonder whether or not you can fill an order (2 Sirius radios). more
