Yes I lived in Castle Point for only a year before I had enough. Three fires, arachnids every where and total invasion of privacy. I mean come on the place didn't allow dogs yet there were pit bulls on the property. Management refused to salt the grounds in the winter, the reason and I quote "The price of salt is too expensive we use sand for better traction." What do I say to that - Better yet lets use kitty litter or throw hot water everywhere. On several occasions I couldn't even leave the property because no one could drive out due to the ice build up at the entrance. That was just ridiculous. Maintenance were always in my apartment they may as well have lived there. Just come on through unannounced I don't mind and if I am not at home just let your self in. How about maintenance go to our laundry room and fix that ceiling that's about to cave in at any moment. Yes my hot water heater broke. Wow and what about that clubhouse. Spa was great but the pool has a ring around it and bugs
