I went to a proper flooring company as opposed to a hardware store or discount supplier expecting that since this is their expertise I would get a better end result. I was clearly mistaken. I bought both carpeting and laminate flooring from Levis. The laminate was to be installed over two days, it became 3 days, 2 nights and a nightmare! The laminate install was shoddy, the carpet that was installed correctly was cut back to accommodate the transition from the laminate to the carpet and subsequently ripped. Levi's "customer satisfaction" folks have been in contact and agree that is needs re-done, and if I don't hear from someone within the next week, I should call them - Obviously customer satisfaction is the responsiblity of the customer as opposed to Levi's!!!
