We didn't have an appointment, but they were friendly and helpful, but NOT pushy, from the moment we walked in the door. We wanted to try the dress on the mannequin, and they pulled it down immediately. They offered suggestions, but only after asking several questions to determine what style and color and details we were looking for. We found the dress here!
