This was my first time in an accident and getting body work done. I was rear ended four days before my wedding (aah!) and didn't get a chance to think about repairs until several weeks after I got back to NJ. I was expecting most repair places to have a waiting list in addition to that, but when I called Cross Town, they got me in the same day to look at my car. \r

Manny went over the damage with me when I came in and showed me a bunch of things I hadn't even noticed. (I thought the bumper was just scraped and dented, he showed me all the distortion in the rear end from where the car frame had been bent.) Not knowing a lot about cars, I really appreciated that. Same thing when I picked the car up, he showed me what had been done and where. \r

He also took care of everything with the insurance company - contacting them, getting the quote to them, arranging for someone to inspect the damage, and payment both for the repairs and for my rental car. I had my car back in under four business days, they were really concerned I get my car back as soon as possible. \r

My car looks absolutely beautiful, I was thrilled to have it back so quickly, and on top of that I got it back washed, vacuumed, and with shiny clean windows!! (maybe this is standard, I wouldn't know, but it was a great bonus for me!) Manny even offered to have the oil changed while the car was there, as it needed it, but I declined in the interest of getting my car back faster. \r

Obviously it's never pleasant to be in an accident, but the process of getting the repairs was painless. Everyone I met at Cross Town was friendly, professional, and showed a lot of concern for me. I cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them highly enough. They do an excellent job, get it done fast, and treat you well the whole way through. Imagine not having to choose between speed and quality of service!
Pros: quality repairs, friendly knowledgable and helpful staff, fast service
Cons: did not experience any
