Poor workmanship, worst service. I was told by them that they would resize my engagment ring. I was assured that it would be done without changing the overall size of my ring. The employee in the store said that it would take one week. Well, three weeks later I finally got my ring back, only the band has lost it's original shape, and is now so thin that I am scared that it is going to break. The store would not accept any fault. This experience has been horrible.
