I schedule my 2002 Toyota sienna for front end alignment 12/24/2007 8:00 A.M. I was greeted by a tech upfront. He did not ask ? if the car is pulling? or why do i need alignment? The took the car in very quick. The tech start working on it. The Tech test drove the van. I was told by the lady at front desk that blue Sienna is done.She did not try to say my name. I ask here why did not you try to say my name. She did not respond. I pay the bill she did not say thank you. I took the van for test drive. I found that the steering wheel was not centered. I took the van back to schwab the greeter ask me if the van is pulling. I told hem the van was not pulling. The tech centered the steering wheel. Tech said that there machine is off. I am not happy with the treatment I Have received by the front desk lady. I am not happy with their greeter not asking me what is the van doing. I will never do business with schwab again.
