I lived in a Townhouse at Seramonte for just over two years. When I lived there, the basement flooded many times. Everything that was stored in the basement smelled musty and damp. I had to clean the water up repeatedly. Many of my possessions were ruined and Seremonte wouldn't, didn't do anything about the damage. However, they were prompt to take the cost of a brand new stove out of my security deposit that was very slightly damaged when I moved in. They also made me pay for each and every tiny hole from artwork on the walls. The rental office is non-responsive and if you are fortunate enough to speak to someone, they are rude and lie about previous conversations. I would NEVER recommend Seramonte to anyone!
