WOW this place really got me steamed. I signed up to have a washer/dryer delivered, and even had to pay two days pro-rated for it. The people never showed up to deliver/install when they were scheduled to, so I called them (they should have called me to let me know they would not be on time) I was given a very detailed excuse (the delivery men took the wrong living room set to the wrong person and had to wait for that person to let them pick it up) and was told that the delivery men would be very late. I told the woman that if my washer and dryer were not delivered that day, we would be requesting a refund, as we were charged for two days extra (the day we signed up and the day after when it was to be delivered) Anyhow, we had waited from 12 noon to 4pm which was the delivery time window, and the men finally showed up around 9:45pm!
