I was referrred to Dr. Richard Smith by my orthodontist (Dr. Marc Lemchen - also excellent). Dr. Smith is down to earth and friendly but more than this he is an exceptional practitioner. Willing to explain the process, not rushed, very respectful and efficient. I have noticed (with my several visits to the office for quite a lot of work) that he is always fully up to date on the status of my treatment and while working he is totally focused.- no errors, no slips, no talking to others while working. As i mentioned, he may be expensive but the results have been astounding and his pride in his work is evident. I can't say i'm a fan of dentistry and the whole process, however his expertise and methods (relatively painless) make a unpleasant task worth writing about - worth commending.
Pros: Other than stated previously, the location is great and the equipment is state of the art.
Cons: Did I mention it is not cheap?
