Like others, I saw the high star ratings and figured it would be worth a try. The waitress got our order wrong and then insisted that she was right. After confirming that she did get the order wrong, we waited an additional 45 minutes for the correct order. OK, not a big deal at this point, afterall mistakes happen. But once we did receive the right order (Chicago deep dish) we found that the crust was not even doughlike, more like cardboard, caked with flour and still practically raw. The sauce was nearly non-existent, which was probably a good thing actually as what was there had a tinny, canned taste. \r

I thought the term ""bad pizza"" was kind of like the term ""bad $ex"" in that it really just never happens. But after visiting Ed and Joe's, I can finally say, yes sometimes there really is bad pizza.
